Delete your account in the app

• Customers: open the Viwanna app (or https://portal.viwanna.com), go to My Settings and tap Request deletion of my data (on the web: Delete my account), then type the confirmation word. You have 15 days to cancel it from the same screen.
• Business owners: go to Settings and tap Close business, confirm with the verification code we send you. Billing stops immediately and you can cancel within 30 days by signing in; after that the business and its data are permanently deleted.
• If you cannot access the app, use the email option below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion. Include the email address or phone number associated with your Viwanna account and tell us whether you want to delete your full account or only specific connected data.

What we delete

• Your Viwanna account profile and login identifiers.
• Personal contact information associated with your account.
• App data, chat/support content, appointment data, and service records associated with your account where deletion is legally permitted.
• Stored OAuth tokens or integration credentials for Google Calendar, Facebook/Meta, Apple, or other connected services.
• Push notification tokens and mobile app identifiers associated with your account.

Facebook / Meta deletion

If you used Facebook Login or another Meta feature with Viwanna, you may also remove the app from your Facebook account under Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. When Meta sends us a deletion request, our callback returns a confirmation code and this page as the status and instructions URL.

Google and Apple access

You can revoke Google Calendar access from your Google Account permissions. You can manage Apple account connections, subscriptions, and app permissions from your Apple Account or device settings. A deletion request to Viwanna also covers stored integration tokens and associated app data that we control.

Processing time and retained records

We process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. Some limited records may be retained when required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Data retained for these reasons is restricted and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
