This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, share, retain, and delete information when you use Viwanna, including the website at https://www.viwanna.com, the portal at https://portal.viwanna.com, and the Viwanna mobile apps for iOS and Android, together with their integrations with Google Calendar, Facebook/Meta, Square, payment processors, messaging providers, and infrastructure providers.

- Meta/Facebook data: If you use Facebook Login or Meta tools, we may receive the profile information you authorize, such as name, email address, app-scoped user ID, and data needed to provide the requested feature.
- Mobile app and device data: Device type, operating system, app version, language, push notification token, IP address, the approximate country derived from your IP address, and the permissions you grant in the app.
- Optional media and chat data: Messages, images, files, audio recordings, or other content you choose to send through chat, support, or service workflows.
- Usage and security data: Logs, IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, app interactions, session data, fraud prevention signals, and audit records.
- Mobile permissions: Camera (only when you choose to take a photo or video); photos, videos and files you choose with the system picker; microphone (calls, voice messages and voice assistant); contacts (read only, when you open contact import; only the contacts you select are saved as customers); notifications; and, for calls on Android, managing calls, full-screen incoming call alerts, displaying over other apps and Bluetooth audio devices. You can revoke any permission in your device settings.

You can manage cookies in your browser and app permissions in your device settings.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep business records. Google OAuth tokens are stored only while you maintain the calendar connection. You may revoke access in your Google Account, Facebook app settings, Apple account settings, device settings, or within the Viwanna portal when available. You can request account and data deletion at https://www.viwanna.com/data-deletion or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion." We process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

You can delete your account from inside the Viwanna app. Customers: go to My Settings and tap Request deletion of my data (15-day grace period; you can cancel it from the same screen). Deleting an account removes it and its associated personal data from our active systems, except limited records we must keep by law.
11. Security
We use security measures such as HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage of sensitive tokens where appropriate, logging, monitoring, backups, and least-privilege operational practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Rights and Privacy Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also opt out of certain marketing communications, revoke third-party integrations, manage device permissions, and request account deletion.
